Sample development fees range from $50 to $200 per style depending on complexity. This fee is fully credited back on bulk orders of 1,000+ pieces. Yes, we offer precise Pantone color matching for both silk and real-touch materials. Color development takes 5-7 days with a MOQ of 500 pieces per custom color. We provide physical color swatch samples for your approval before production begins. Note that certain specialty colors (neons, metallics) may require additional development time and cost.
Stock product samples ship within 3-5 days. OEM samples take 7-14 days depending on complexity. ODM custom design samples take 14-25 days including concept development and revisions. Rush sample service is available for time-sensitive projects — just let us know your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Yes, absolutely. All designs we create for you through our ODM service are your exclusive intellectual property. We sign non-disclosure agreements and guarantee we will never produce or sell your custom designs to any other client or competitor. Your design files, molds, and tooling are all yours.
We offer up to 3 rounds of sample revisions included in our standard ODM package. Our goal is 100% satisfaction before production begins. If after revisions you’re still not satisfied, we can discuss alternative approaches or you only pay the sample development fee with no obligation to place a bulk order.
